I enjoy exploring the different styles of yoga and the benefits they all bring to me. I feel that the more a person is “in their body”, the more able they are to observe feelings in themselves and not over-react to situations.
Having tried Dru Yoga, Scaravelli, which eases you into poses, I’m now exploring Hatha Yoga. With all of the yoga teachings, I value the meditative quality of breathing in poses, the stillness that yoga brings to me.
Yoga helps with my posture and working through the sometimes creaky bones I have in the morning!!
